Job responsibilities

  • Assist the School’s Information Technology (IT) department in handling day-to-day IT management
  • Manage school’s Information Communication Technology (ICT)
  • Project implementation, vendors management and contracts management for school initiated projects
  • Create multimedia content / modules for ICT lessons based on instructions
  • Propose solutions that meet the needs and requirement of the school including technical specification and market pricing of these solutions
  • Assist in purchasing ICT Equipment and Services based on the school requirements
  • Organise and conduct ICT Training, eg awareness and usage briefings to students, or staff on ICT implementations
  • Manage school’s ICT asset and equipment loaning
  • Taking photos and videos during important school activities / functions
  • Prepare relevant IT documentations and guidelines
  • Assist teachers on technical problems such as troubleshooting for PC, Printer, LAN connection problems
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the school’s management and HOD (IT)


  • At least 2 years of experience in IT field preferred
  • Broad knowledge in troubleshooting IT equipment
  • Excellent team worker
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
