Customer Service Representative/ Receptionist

Job responsibilities

  • Execute front desk duties
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public
  • Schedule appointments and update appointment calendars
  • Assist in booking of facilities
  • Provide information about organisation, such as location of departments or offices, employees, or services provided
  • Maintain cleanliness of lobby (if applicable) or reception area
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
  • Handle payment for procured goods and services
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Other ad-hoc activities as assigned


  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and able to work independently under pressure
  • Able to multi-task
  • Possess positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working experience in administration or frontline customer service is preferred
